Q: I have a lighter dark skin and would like to know which jewellery colours suit me best. – Cara, Brazil.

A: Your lighter darker skin tone (which we call a DEEP skin tone) allows you to wear any jewellery colour. Your darker skin tone is, however warm not cool – warm jewellery colours such as copper, bronze and gold would, therefore, suit you best. Pale skin tones are soft and fair – a cool jewellery colour such as silver or platinum would, therefore, suit these skin tones best. In addition: Lots of bracelets, as shown in this photograph, are best suited for women with balanced to long arms.
