- Payments are made upon receipt of invoice and confirmation of booking
- Fees exclude travel expenses (travel time + travel cost) where applicable:
- Chata is based in Hermanus, Western Cape, South Africa and travels throughout South Africa
- Chata has certified consultants in Australia, Mauritius, South Africa, New Zealand, UAE and UK
- Trips 20 km’s, or more, outside respective CBD will be charged
- Chata’s travel bookings (flights, hotels, car hire, etc) are made by our office and not by the company / and or agent. An official quote will be emailed for approval and sign off
- There are no refunds or exchanges on any products or services
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Workshop and consultation requirements, terms and conditions will be emailed upon client confirmation
- Special offer prices pertain to our consultant’s price lists only, not to Chata’s price lists – unless indicated otherwise, thank you
- No recording, on any device, will be permitted during any of our services, thank you
- All media and publicity related issues such as adverts, invitations, posters, press releases, etc to please be approved by Chata Romano’s Head Office before going online, or to print (we can provide you with these templates, which have already been approved, if you so wish)
Refunds
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- Less than 5 days prior to booking: no refund
- 14 to 5 days prior to booking: 50% refund
- Up to 2 weeks prior to booking: 100% refund

We absolutely love it when our work is shared, but please appreciate that any unauthorised use, or sharing without full credit to Chata Romano, or her consultants, may result in legal proceeding.
