PLEASE NOTE:
- If the client requires a meeting prior to the workshop / event:
- There is no fee for a 15-minute telecom
- The following fee will pertain for a 30 – 60 minute meeting (telecom or in person): Chata R2,450 │ Ambassador / Senior Image Consultant R1,500 │ Image Consultant R1,250
- Fees exclude travel expenses, where applicable (Chata is based in Gauteng)
- Trips 20 km’s, or more, outside CBD will be charged
- There are no refunds or exchanges on any products or services
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Workshop and Consultation requirements, terms and conditions will be emailed upon confirmation
Refunds for consultations and workshops will be considered under the following conditions:
- Up to 2 weeks prior to booking: 100% refund
- 14 to 5 days prior to booking: 50% refund
- Less than 5 days prior to booking: no refund
Refunds for training must be made in writing – refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- Up to 2 weeks prior to training date – 100% refund
- 14 to 10 days prior to training date – 50% refund
- Less than 10 days prior to booking: no refund
TERMS & CONDITIONS: ½-HOUR PROMOTIONAL WORKSHOPS All free ½-hour Promotional Workshops are conditional upon the following:
- Workshop is organised by client
- Trips 10 km’s, or more, outside CBD will be charged
- Venue and catering costs, if any, are for clients account
- An invitation is e-mailed to your colleagues, clients, staff or friends at least 10 days prior to the event (you will receive the invitation upon confirmation of the workshop)
- The invitation is displayed in your reception area, if applicable, at least 2-weeks prior to the event
- Minimum delegates:
- Book Chata: A minimum of 40 delegates attend; a fee R5,700, will be charged if less than 40 delegates attend
- Book an Ambassador / Senior Image Consultant: A minimum of 30 delegates attend; a fee R2,750, will be charged if less than 30 delegates attend
- Book an Image Consultant / Colour Consultant: A minimum of 20 delegates attend; a fee R1,750, will be charged if less than 20 delegates attend
- In the event of a function with more than one speaker: Please ensure that Chata / Chata’s Consultant is the last speaker
- Chata / Chata’s Consultants are allowed to sell Chata Romano products after her workshop
- Pens or pencils are provided for the delegates
- No recording equipment during the presentation, thank you
- All Media and Publicity related issues such as adverts, invitations, posters, press releases, etc to please be approved by our Head Office before going to print (we can provide you with these templates, which have already been approved, if you so wish)
