A: If you apply your foundation immediately over your moisturizer the result could look streaky and uneven. You should, therefore, allow a few minutes for your moisturizer to absorb properly before applying your foundation. Foundation is best applied using a brush, sponge or fingertips. Start with a small amount of foundation then build up if you need more coverage. It is much easier to apply more than it is to try and remove excess product.
