A chance meeting with Chata gives our cover girl a brand new look and outlook. Here is Ninet’s story.

It all began on the day I attended one of Chata’s promotional events. As I was leaving I heard someone calling after me; to my surprise it was Chata! After a quick chat she asked me to send her a photo and my contact details. I did exactly that and a few months later I received an email from her office asking if I would like to be part of the launch for her fashion and beauty magazine. Filled with excitement I happily agreed.

My makeover process started with a brand new hairstyle and after that, a photo shoot. I arrived at the studio and, to be honest, I didn’t quite know what to expect, especially when I walked in and saw all the studio lights, stage platforms, accessories and a rail chock-a-block full of clothing. Chata took me through all the items she had selected and even asked my opinion, which I really appreciated. We settled on three gorgeous outfits.

After a fabulous styling session with the makeup and hair stylists I was ready for my first photograph. I was very nervous but the photographer knew exactly what Chata wanted and seeing the final result (realising “this is really me”) was amazing. When Chata told me I was chosen as the cover girl my heart skipped a beat, what an honour!

Chata was wonderful, energetic and made everyone feel so comfortable; she genuinely portrays every woman’s beauty. I felt so inspired by her, not only because of my makeover, but also because of her as a person and what she has achieved. This was a truly an unforgettable experience! By Ninet Bosman
