Inspire. Transform. Motivate.

Orange lipstick has made a big comeback this summer. Celebrities such as Cate Blanchett, Taylor Swift, Penelope Cruz and Jessica Alba have embraced this beautiful lipstick shade for red-carpet-season.

Here are my top 5 tips if you want to add this touch of glamour to your everyday – and night – look:

  1. Most hair colour shades work with this lipstick colour : )
  2. Wear clothing colours to complement your lipstick colour i.e.: wear basic shades such as white, black, neutrals. Certain warm colours will also look fantastic, such as deep blues or deep greens. And certain warm shades will look super dramatic, such as similar tones of orange
  3. Opt for brown eye-shadow shades; you don’t want your eye-shadow to clash with your lipstick colour
  4. It is advisable to keep your blusher shade neutral – choose a bronzer over a blusher
  5. If you want the lipstick colour to pop a bit more add some gloss – this works, especially well, if you have small lips and you want to make them look fuller
