Soft Skin ToneFrom beautiful to even more beautiful! We lifted Sam’s blonde to an even lighter blonde then added a full-head of highlights. We thought Sam’s hair length was great, we just added lots of layering to soften. A gorgeous champagne top with very deep pleats was chosen to make Sam’s small bust look fuller; the high neckline made her long neck look shorter. The end result: A 1920’s Goddess.
