RONELLE, 26: OFFICE MANAGER

Ronelle had spent years growing her hair so she was very unhappy to hear the length was actually making her look short waisted. After much to-do she finally agreed to a trim, then loved it so much, agreed to another trim, and then another (three makeovers in one day!). The end result was a stylish bob which framed her face beautifully. Ronelle’s lifestyle is smart/casual so we said goodbye to the casual flowing sundress and replaced it with a smart shift dress and jacket (the jacket was unlined and cool enough to wear during the summer days ahead).
