Brush the eyebrow hairs up and out to make the most of their natural arch. Then use a flat-edged brow brush and brown shadow to define them, working the colour in with light short strokes. If you have a small bust and want it to appear fuller (without the surgery), avoid shapeless styles with a flat front. Instead wear a draped or a ruffled front. Perhaps you, too, could land on the cover of a magazine!
