From Secretary to Glamorous Cover girl! If you have very dark hair, it is advisable to add subtle highlights to lift your skin tone. Frame your eyes with neatly groomed brows. Brush the eyebrow hairs up and out to make the most of their natural arch. Then use a flat-edged brow brush and brown shadow to define them, working the colour in with light short strokes. If you have a small bust and want it to appear fuller (without the surgery), avoid shapeless styles with a flat front. Instead wear a draped or a ruffled front. Perhaps you, too, could land on the cover of a magazine!
