MITZI, 33: MOTHER

Mitzi was fed up with her drab, sloppy, stay-at-home look and dreamt of being casually smart. We asked her to give us 3-hours and ensured her she would no longer feel that way by the time we had finished. Mitzi’s needed a warmer, richer tone to her hair and we achieved this by using three different colour highlights. She has a square shape to her face, so the bob would have been too severe. We feathered the length around her jaw line to soften her features. Mitzi is lucky because she doesn’t have to wear much makeup: base, mascara and a touch of lipstick is all she needs. Mitzi always wears very baggy clothing and it took us quite a while to convince her that she looked stunning in fitted, shaped clothing. Once we overcame that problem, the sky was the limit.
