MARLENE, 44: PSYCHOLOGIST

A makeover was a MUST on Marlene’s bucket list! She was in the process of losing weight, and was tired of her old look. Her thin hair fell flat quickly, and she battled to find the right style and colour. We advised on styles, colours and products for unruly hair. We chose a cool chocolate base with vibrant mahogany highlights; then cut her hair in a short, funky style with height on top. Marlene preferred the 5 minute make-up regime for a natural look. Marlene was in a comfort zone, always buying the same style of clothing, in darker neutrals. We helped her to think outside the box, selecting colourful mix-and-match items, to flatter her figure.
