Quality, not quantity is our motto. It has always been our vision to have a small team of dedicated, passionate and professional consultants.
We are not a traditional training academy in the sense that Chata doesn’t train every month – she only conducts 3 to 4 training sessions per annum.
Chata spends dedicated time creating opportunities for the Chata Romano™ brand. She also actively markets her consultants through numerous marketing campaigns.
The business we derive from these marketing campaigns is then referred onto our consultants.

10 Day Training

Training fees include:
- A welcome package, valued at R1,650, posted before training commences (we incur the cost for postage within SA)
- Comprehensive training manuals emailed before training commences
- 4 x Colour Charts – one for each skin tone
