GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payments are made 2-weeks before booking
- Fees exclude travel expenses (travel time + travel cost) where applicable
- Travel expenses, 20 km’s or more, outside respective CBD will be charged
- There are no refunds or exchanges on any services and products
- All prices are subject to change, without notice
- Workshop and consultation requirements, terms and conditions will be emailed upon client confirmation
PROMOTIONAL WORKSHOPS
30-minute promotional workshops (no charge) are available – the following terms and conditions apply:
- Workshop is organised by client
- Trips 10 km’s, or more, outside respective CBD will be charged
- Venue and catering costs, if any, are for clients account
- An invitation is e-mailed to your colleagues, clients, staff or friends at least 10 days prior to the event (you will receive the invitation upon confirmation of the workshop)
- The invitation is displayed in your reception area, if applicable, at least 2-weeks prior to the event
- Minimum delegates:
- Chata: A minimum of 100 delegates – a fee of R6,500 will be charged if less than 100 delegates attend
- Ambassador / Senior Image Consultant: A minimum of 50 delegates attend – a fee R3,000 will be charged if less than 50 delegates attend
- Image Consultant / Colour Consultant: A minimum of 20 delegates attend – a fee R2,000 will be charged if less than 20 delegates attend
- Pens or pencils are provided for the delegates
- No recording equipment during the presentation, thank you
- In the event of a function with more than one speaker: Please ensure that Chata / Chata’s Consultant is the last speaker
- Chata / Chata’s Consultants are allowed to sell Chata Romano products after their workshop
- All media and publicity related issues such as adverts, invitations, posters, press releases, etc to please be approved by Chata Romano’s Head Office before going online, or to print (we can provide you with these templates, which have already been approved, if you so wish)
RATES FOR TELECOMS / MEETINGS
The below rates pertain if our client requires a meeting prior to the workshop / event.
These rates will be up to the discretion of Chata / Chata’s Consultants.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds for consultations and workshops will be granted under the following conditions:
- Up to 2 weeks prior to booking: 100% refund
- 14 to 5 days prior to booking: 50% refund
- Less than 5 days prior to booking: no refund
