Inspire. Transform. Motivate.

90’S SUMMER REVIVAL

If you’re a fan of the 90’s brace yourself for a face-to-face with all your favourite throwback teenage looks this summer – just reinvented with a few modern day twists.

Key to this revival is the simple and stylish choker. Worn with anything from loose fitting t-shirts and camis to formal dresses and off-the-shoulder tops, the choker will add 90’s edge to any look. Go for black, skinny, wide, printed, embellished, this trend loves a beautiful neck.

The slip dress is such a special 90’s piece and an obvious style choice as a must-have for summer. Sweet over a white t-shirt, perfect with platforms, light and silky, the slip dress is an effortless dress during the hot summer months.

The key to embracing the youthful feel of the nineties in 2016, is to go light on the grunge to balance ’90s references with today’s more sleek and polished aesthetic. Ripped jeans are the perfect starting point and suit almost every body shape because of the various styles  available; be it skinny, mom, boyfriend or cropped. Ensure the rips are positioned in good taste as huge ripped chunks can look disastrous. Fashionistas embrace a blazer with heels and a gorgeous bag to complete this key look.

Summer’s 90’s resurgence wouldn’t be complete without the one-piece swimsuit in bold stripes or bright colours. And it certainly wouldn’t be complete without an edgy leather biker jacket and crop top. Show off lots of tummy if your body shape allows you to; show off just a hint if you feel more self-conscious. Or tuck your top in completely – the rest of these trends will ensure you are still fashion forward.

So much to enjoy! So much to wear! So stylish to look! We hope you enjoy this 90’s revival trend as much as we do!
